Single-use vapes ban: consultation on implementation

The Scottish Government, along with the UK Government and the Welsh Government, are proposing to introduce a prohibition on the sale and supply of single use vapes.

This final six-week consultation invites feedback on the implementation of the ban and draft impact assessments, including a Strategic Environmental Assessment. 

If you provided feedback on the impact or implementation of the ban during the previous consultation it will be taken into account, and there is no need to resubmit feedback to this consultation unless you have additional comments.

This consultation is open from 2 April to 14 May 2024.
