Regulations for Nicotine Vaping Products and Tobacco Compliance in Scotland
From 31st March 2024 parts of this Retailers Guide will no longer be applicable. Changes in legislation to the recycling of vaping products, the sale of tobacco products, design and marketing restrictions on vaping products and a ban on single-use vaping products are expected to be developed in the following months, come into force throughout 2024-2027.
