Funding to Assist with Scottish Food & Drink in Convenience Stores

2025/26

Application for Funding

The Scottish Government has made funding available to convenience retailers (conditions apply) to assist with upgrading your locally sourced Scottish offering in store.

Retailers can apply for up to £5,500 (any funding offered must be matched by the retailer) to install a new dedicated locally sourced proposition in-store.

To apply for funding please complete the application form below. Applications will be received from 1st March 2025 but no later than 31st May 2025. Applications will then be assessed and all applicants will receive a response to their application by 30th June 2025. Funds for successful applicants will be released on the completion of works, subject to all government criteria being met, and at the final discretion of the Program Director.

I may also be asked to provide photographic evidence to show the completed works.
