Adam Shields, Enable (Disability) Taskforce Chair, Heineken UK

Adam is the Enable (Disability) Taskforce Chair at Heineken UK alongside his current role as Senior Customer Manager for One Stop and Booker On Trade. Adam has worked at Heineken since 2019 and has held roles at Kraft Foods, Mondelez and Budweiser Brewing Group across both On and Off Trade prior to joining Heineken.

In November 2022, Adam was diagnosed with Severe Combined ADHD and has been passionate and dedicated to raising awareness and driving change for disabled colleagues across the UK and European business within Heineken ever since.
