The Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 – Liquor Personal Licence Holder – Training Accreditation
The Scottish Government published an updated ‘Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005: liquor personal licence holder training accreditation’ document. This replaces the previous version of the training accreditation document published by the Scottish Government in November 2018.
