The Scottish Government has opened a consultation on Circular Economy and Waste Route Map to 2030.

This roadmap outlines a framework to achieve Scotland's waste targets by 2030. It contains specific measures relevant to the convenience sector, such as the implementation of a fee for single-use disposable cups by 2025 and the introduction of mandatory reporting for non-domestic food waste by 2025/26. The consultation closes on the 15th of March. You can respond to it here.
