Productive, fair and inclusive workplaces: Organisation Survey

The Scottish Government has committed to enabling access to high quality resources to support organisations to develop productive, fair, and inclusive workplaces.

Fair work is work that offers all individuals, an effective voice, opportunity, security, fulfilment, and respect. It benefits individuals, organisations, and society. Fair work practices can increase productivity, improve health and wellbeing, and improve retention.

The Scottish Government wants to find out about the resources you find helpful to build productive, fair, and inclusive workplaces, and where you turn for advice. If you have the opportunity, please complete this anonymous, short survey.
