Low Pay Commission publish annual report for 2022: National Living Wage & National Minimum Wage

The Low Pay Commission have published their annual report for 2022 which is available to access on the website via this link.

This report sets out in depth the evidence and analysis which Commissioners relied on in reaching their recommendations. This report also sets out conclusions and recommendations from the Commission’s review of the Accommodation Offset.

The LPC submitted its recommendations to the Government in October 2022 on the rates of the National Minimum Wage, including the National Living Wage to apply from 1 April 2023. The Government accepted these recommendations in full. The rates which will apply are as follows:

* National Minimum Wage, for those aged under 23 years old.
