Invitation to Participate in Review of National Occupational Standards (NOS) for Retail

People 1st International is undertaking a review of the National Occupational Standards (NOS) for the retail sector. They have reached out to request your assistance in involving retail employers (SMEs) in this process.  Employer input is essential to ensure the standards remain aligned with industry needs.

They are offering two ways for employers to get involved: 

1. Joining a working group – where they can actively contribute to shaping the NOS   

2. Signing up for the online consultation

Participation will help ensure that the standards reflect the skills and knowledge required within the retail industry.
